Creation:
Woven on a Louet floor loom using a fine navy merino lambswool warp and a 75% virgin wool/25% nylon variegated sock wool for the weft.  The use of the sock wool creates a colour gradient design along the length of the shawl.  The weaving desgin is a deflected doubleweave using 8 shafts to create a geometric zig zag design.
 
Dimensions:
35cm x 2.04cm.  The ends of the scarf have been sewn over.
